Get in touchOnce we confirm price and availability of your chosen dates via email to you, 25% deposit of total cost will be required to secure your booking. The remainder is due 14 days before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via a link from our payment provider Square).
14 days before your arrival date, you will receive an email reminder to pay the remaining balance of your stay.
If you are booking within 14 days of your arrival date, 100% of total cost will be required to secure your booking.
Lead guest must be at least 21 years old at time of booking.
Cancellations received by email 14 days or more before arrival date, 100% refund of deposit paid.
Cancellations received by email less than 14 days before arrival date, no refund of deposit paid.
Non-payment of the balance of your stay upon request on the due date will be construed as cancellation of the booking and the deposit will be retained.
Check-in 4pm to 10pm. Directions and check-in information will be emailed to you 48 hours before arrival.
Check-out by 12 noon.

Please report accidental damage or breakage if and when it happens so that repairs or replacement items can be arranged.
All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the guests and the costs of making good shall be payable on demand.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal effects or for personal injury or accident, and we suggest you make suitable insurance arrangements to cover these.
House rules (listed in the Barn) must be adhered to, including: no smoking or vaping inside, no naked flames (e.g. candles, tea lights) inside, no parties or gatherings of more than 10 people, no excessive noise between 10pm and 7am.

Non-availability of property: if for any reason beyond the control of the owner, the property is not available on the date booked (owing to fire damage, for example) or the property is unsuitable for letting, all rent and charges paid in advance by the guests will be refunded in full, but the guests will have no further claim against the property owner.
